I Can't Think of a Single Thing That Should Be Improved
I Bought a brand new 3 GS here in 2014. To date, I can't think of a single thing that should be improved on, customer service-wise. The after sales service and the quality of warranty work is exceptional. The whole buying and ownership process is great.
My car hasn't been flawless (unfortunately, several minor and one major defect had to be addressed), but I'd buy another Mazda in a heartbeat, and I'd come back to this place as long as they keep their service standards as they have with me.
